I went into this establishment yesterday for a fill-in and a nail repair with french tips. The nail tech decided to use pink acrylic and also changed my nail shape without my approval from oval to almond because in her words “almond is sexier.” My nails also have black specks in them from the acrylic that was used. Although I wasn’t happy with my nails, I let her complete them and I left. Less than 24 hours later 2 of my nails cracked and one of them completely came off. I decided to return again today. I walked in and explained what happened to the gentleman at the front desk. While explaining my concerns to him I was rudely interrupted by a woman who’s said to be the owner. She took one look at my nails and said ” you came in like that so it’s not our fault, we can’t help you! She was very rude, loud and wouldn’t let me speak. A customer noticed the woman yelling at me and asked me what happened. While I was explaining what happened the owner decided to interrupt us and said ” do not speak to or bother my customers” I politely asked her to stop yelling at me and she proceeded to tell me to get out. The employees noticed her behavior and asked me to ignore her.

What a lovely experience! Everyone that works here is super sweet and welcoming. They are so patient and pay a lot of attention to detail. I loved the end results and left so happy.
