I have been to so many nail salons in the Allen-McKinney-fairview area and never found one I loved but I love this place!! I’ve been twice now and both times they’ve been extremely nice, pay attention to detail and the best part is they’re so affordable and the quality was excellent . I showed a picture of an idea and they executed it perfectly!!I often request short tips and never get the shortness I want but this time she made it work!! Love them

I’ve been going to this nail salon even before the new management and it was fine, but recently it has not been good. The staff had poor communication and their work has been sloppy. And as much as I can ask them to fix it, it should not be this much of a problem in the first place. Not worth the price. I’m for sure not coming back anymore.

HORRIBLE. I went and did my nails a few days ago ! Alex – my nail technician, damaged almost all of my cuticles!!! Instead of trimming them lightly, Alex basically ripped them off. I had one finger that WOULD NOT STOP BLEEDING because the cuticle was so badly damaged. The technician was sour and unpleasant. When I complained, Alex yelled at me “No problem”. OMG. Why, How can her say something so irresponsible when I was receiving terrible things from her. I was not offered a band-aid or any first aid, and had to resort to using the towel to prevent blood from dripping everywhere. To top it all off, the technician told me to just come back during the weekend to get the fingernail painted–uh, I’ll pass on that. It is now a few hours after the appointment and my cuticles are still so sore, and when I look at them closely, I see that all of my cuticles are patchy (evidence of them being ripped off!). I really hope that my cuticles can recover from such a traumatic experience. I came in to relax from a stressful week and left even more stressed! I will not return to this salon and won’t ever recommend it to anyone

I drive 40 minutes to come here. There are tons of nail salons in Little Elm and Frisco but the ladies here are fantastic! Ask for Linda, but they all do a great job. My 3rd time getting nexgen here and this time my husband and I got pedicures as well. Just fabulous. Amazing prices as well. Worth the trip!! Will be back in a couple weeks for my Valentines nails!

Pass by this location all the time and had read the recent reviews first time trying it out I think I went at a really good time which was early afternoon midweek. There was only one other customer and the nail tech was pleasant and gave me a good foot massage. She cut my toenails in the correct way ( yes there is a right & wrong way of doing this) and perfect length. I think they have reasonable prices as well. When I’m in the neighborhood will be returning.

1st time visiting here and I will say their prices are reasonable and the staff was nice, also the pedicure I received was good! The massage chairs and decor could be upgraded a little but overall I was satisfied with my visit!

I’ve been twice. First time I did a mani pedi. Pedi was okay, water was ice cold. They did my mani while my pedicure was done. I’m not a fan of being stretched awkwardly across the chair while I’m trying to relax. They knicked cuticles on 2 different nails and I bled. Only reason I went back was because my normal salon didn’t open today. Manicure only this time. Bled again on one nail and I swear she was sanding my skin down and was otherwise very rough. My fingers are so sore and tender. I will never go back.
