I started going to Lizzy a couple of years ago for pre-natal massages. Lizzy was absolutely incredible in making sure that I was comfortable and received the relief I needed to help with the pregnancy aches and pains. As I’ve transitioned to regular massages, Lizzy continues to be so thorough in her work and I aim to see her every couple of weeks. She’s an excellent listener and checks in to make sure that you are feeling good. I appreciate her usage of the cupping therapy and the theragun when needed. If you are looking for a massage therapist, Lizzy is the best!

I get massages pretty frequently and I can say with 100% confidence that Lizzy is the absolute best. I see her at least twice a month for my back pain because she’s the only person who can actually alleviate the pain and tightness. I cannot sing Lizzy’s praises high enough. Let me start by saying that from the very first interaction, she was warm and welcoming as well as easy going and attentive. She actually listened to my preferences and concerns and catered her technique to what my body needed. When you first enter the room, the overall ambiance from the music and smells to the decorations help you to feel right and home, allowing you to begin to relax before the massage even starts. She has tons of “tools” to add to the massage experience. My favorites include the hot towels, lavender essential oils (or citrus scent during pregnancy) and tiger balm after an especially tiring workout at the gym. She talks to me during the massage if I’m feeling extra chatty or leaves me in silence if I’m feeling like I just need a little peace and quiet that day. It makes me feel comfortable knowing that she goes with the flow of whatever her customers preference is. It’s been tough to find a massage therapist like Lizzy, and I’ll continue to utilize her services for as long as she is practicing.
