Positive: Professionalism, QualityThis is my second time at this massage spot and it’s definitely one of my favorites! Today I tried the Chinese Tuina and wow, it was amazing! All my aching spots where touched and soothed. I loved the additional hot stones and hot towel. The only con about this place is communication. I just feel there was a bit of a disconnect due to language barrier. This is my second time at this massage spot and it’s definitely one of my favorites! Today I tried the Chinese Tuina and wow, it was amazing! All my aching spots where touched and soothed. I loved the additional hot stones and hot towel. The only con about this place is communication. I just feel there was a bit of a disconnect due to language barrier. Positive: ProfessionalismThe negative reviews are confusing to me as I have been going to Jimmy for YEARSSS! He is a 3rd generation traditional chinese acupuncturist and I believe he told me he was certified in China and here as well. I can hobble in using my cane and walk out able to touch the floor. Not 1 time in 40+ massages was I bruised or sore the next day (but absolutely have been with other therapists!).I have a feeling the negative reviews are by other massage therapists in the area that are more expensive OR the patrons complaining just have never had a traditional chinese massage. Its not for everyone…This isnt a nancy-pancy spa type of massage setting, moreover, I think of Jimmy (the male massage therapist) as a doctor-chiropractor-thai stretcher-and sports medicine fixer all in one! Over 6 years of visits, probably 40+ easily, he has seen me walk in with a cane for my handicap and able to walk out, easily touching my palms to the floor (not joking)!I prefer the very very deep masaage he does, and incorporates acupressure and trigger point massage therapy. So yes, sometimes I will wence with pain or even become vocal BUT not one time have I gone home and been sore the next day. Not once…. and that is the clear sign he knows what hes doing for my spine, nerve damage, and other broken joints/post op surgery issues I see him for!Yes, essentially there is a cash discount and they throw the charge for using credit card back to the patron. They just need to revise how they market it so doesnt seem like its a charge. Gas stations give cash discounts all the time!I just saw Jimmy about 3 hours ago and am loving life, able to tie my own shoes without pain.Ive heard the other massage therapist (lady) is also very good too from friends who go there.Thanks Jimmy! He is a 3rd generation traditional chinese acupuncturist and I believe he told me he was certified in China and here as well. I can hobble in using my cane and walk out able to touch the floor. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHad a great deep tissue massage with hot stone however they didn’t do the pressure points on my feet or even touch my feet like before which was a disappointing. I too was a little surprised at the end as well when not told about the extra fee for using a credit card. Next time will know to bring cash.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI am a permanent client!! I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which causes my muscles and joints tremendous pain. I have been Rx-ed everything to help it. I was in physical therapy for yrs -NOTHING CHANGED until I went to Jimmy. This man changed my life. My muscles stiffen at will and cause knots throughout my body which were no match for Jimmy. Who cares that there is a language barrier!! We both speak pain/cure. I was changed after one session and will continue to see him weekly. This is not a spa. This is where real injuries and real pain can be treated with ancient Chinese methods. Anyone who does not get that needs to grow up and move on. I recommend this place to ANYONE who has real pain from athletics to genetics. The prices for what you actually get are amazingly low. A medical massage can cost upwards of $200+ I know because I WAS A MEDICAL MESSAGE THERAPIST. Know what you are talking about before you leave an inaccurate review. I am a permanent client!! I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which causes my muscles and joints tremendous pain. I have been Rx-ed everything to help it. I was in physical therapy for yrs -NOTHING CHANGED until I went to Jimmy. This man changed my life. My muscles stiffen at will and cause knots throughout my body which were no match for Jimmy. Most businesses pick up their game after coming into being but this place keeps losing its quality and right now it stands at 0. Their masseuse keeps changing. Their first masseuse by the name of Apple was not the best but she at least knew the work and did a reasonable job. Then second masseuse was a girl still doing massage course and she was also ok, not the best but did the job!. Now their most recent masseuse is absolutely useless. My recent encounter was horrible. She was on her phone all the time, reading and trying to do massage. There was no energy, she used dull hands. Infact, she was just passing the time. She asked me to go to sleep and then just rubbed my feet for 30 mins. When I asked her what she was doing, she left my feet and started my head and then spent 30 mins on my head. It was a swedish massage; she did not even touch my legs. Horrible experience! I lost my patience and told her that she was not doing it right, she got up and tried to do it properly for the last 5 minutes but then the time was over. The man/owner on the front desk literally pushes you to pay more tips and their rates are already high compared to other places in the area. Their communication is very weak. They charge a service fee of 3.95% if you use credit card. All in all, it’s not the place you will want to go if you want a good massage experience. Avoid them! They may hire a good masseuse in the future, who knows but right now it’s a total waste of money and time. You have been warned!I have been going to this place for quite some time now.
