There is no other place I would want to have my body work done! I’m a yogu, a runner , and very active and I need a lot of work to keep my body up and running. A year ago I suffered severe knee pain and some good friends suggested I go see Mary at Body Zen massage before seeing a doctor. The pain was so bad I was actually no longer able to run. I made an appointment with Mary and after two hour and a half massages with her my knee pain was GONE…gone. I now keep up with regular massage with her and her other therapists and I am always sending other people their way. They are miracle workers and really heal the body!

I hurt my back while working as A mariner on a ship I have two herniated disc’s L4 L5 and disc degeneration. Nothing help for the pain chiropractor physical therapy. Mary and her intern (Meagan worked on me with my flexibility and core. It was absolutely the best experience I’ve had the pain has diminished quite a lot and I feel like a new man ! She and her intern went above and beyond with me worked around my schedule and my limitations. I absolutely recommend BodyZen. Five stars all day long!!
