Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHorrible service and a very bad attitude from the girl giving the massage. I approached them and ask about time and pricing, I asked her I hadn’t been to a massage place before and asked about face placement on the face rest and she shoved my face against the cushion and grabbed my arms and placed them down hard against the chair. At that point I was asking myself what the hell was wrong with her. During the massage she was about to break my shoulders so I told her that was too hard and she gave me an attitude and started massaging suuuuuuperslow . I pointed at the area that j had more tense and she told me it was a neck, back, and shoulder and to let her know that way she only does shoulder. Extremely bad attitude didn’t speak English and stopped multiple times during the nasssge to speak to her coworker.
