About 30% of the locker automated locks have been broken for months. One of the showers I went in would not drain, and another the shower head was broken – water everywhere. Again, no body gell in the showers. Again, no towels out in the locker room. No response to get fixed.

Diana was great. I had a 80 mins deep tissue massage. I asked her if she can set the pressure to firm. She told me that deep tissue massage is supposed to be firm. And as soon as she gets out of the room, I heard the conversation with her coworker. They talked bad about how I’m dumb? to ask to set the pressure firm and other clients etc. I know there is always a locker room talk in every work place but wish I didn’t have to hear it as a customer in present. It’s not pleasant.

Upon entering the WELL Spa I was greeted promptly, checked-in, and escorted to the locker room just down the hall. En route to the locker room, the spa technician opened a closet door, asked me my shoe size, and handed me an old shoddy pair of plastic slides.
