The BEST experience ever! Jessica has been perfecting my hair for years from dark hair to blonde highlights to dark again! She always cuts and styles my hair the way I ask and even better than what I expect! During my appointment she made sure I was comfortable at all times and really takes care of you and your needs. I always feel so confident whenever Jess does my hair and who doesn’t want to feel confident?! Throughout the space there are little touches of both Jessica and Lydia and it is so welcoming and cozy. The second I walked in, I was so relaxed and did not want my appointment to end!

The ambiance was incredible! Both Jessica and Lydia were so accommodating with the scent in the room, drinks, and music. I saw Jessica for a color touch up and root smudge along with a haircut. The salon was in tip top shape and I could tell they clean after each client. The ambiance was incredible! Both Jessica and Lydia were so accommodating with the scent in the room, drinks, and music. You could tell they want each client to feel comfortable and happy while in their salon. Jessica is by far the best there is. She not only does amazing things with your hair, she is a wonderful, caring person. She takes such pride in her work and goes the extra mile to get to know you and connect with you. If I could I would give her 10 stars out of 5 because that’s how good she is. I’ve also seen the work of Lydia and she is amazing too,,, and their studio is the cutest… Can’t go wrong with WELL ROOTED SALON!!!

I was given a gift certificate here (for Lydia). I (finally) made an appointment and went for a cut yesterday, and, wow, Lydia is incredible. She’s thoughtful, kind, and amazing at cutting & styling hair. She’s also non-judgmental and really meets you where you are. I came in with a messy, frizzy, head of hair and unkempt cut (the appointment was a little earlier than usual appointment for me, at 9a, so I rushed out the door) and left looking and feeling great about my hair, which was silky and smooth to the touch and had lovely subtle layers. Most importantly, I left with a much better understanding of my own haircare goals.

Love the private feeling of this salon. Beautiful touches by Lydia and Jess make it cheery and bright. Lydia did my color and she was amazing.
