I went to Let Loose in Closter about 3 months ago for the first time. I had went there with the intention to relieve back pain I have had for 6 months. Previously I have went to numerous chiropractors, doctors, and even specialists to aid in relieving my back pain. Even after I still seemed to have the problem (back pain in the upper mount of my back with a loss of activation in my right side of my lat that left me with the feeling of being disabled in that muscle do to not being able to feel it).

I have struggled with neck pain for 10+ years. When Covid started, it got progressively worse due to all of the time sitting at my desk. After seeing a Chiro for over a year w no relief, I tried Let Loose. Within a few weeks, my pain was a lot more manageable, and now, if I visit on a regular basis, I have no pain at all. I am able to sleep through the night without waking up because I’m so uncomfortable, which has been a game changer for me. The staff are all lovely and very knowledgeable wrt relieving pain and suggesting activities to help (or avoid). Can’t say anything but great things about Let Loose…I only wish I could visit more often!
