WELL & Company is a Direct Primary Care Clinic & Medical Spa with locations in Sartell, MN & Alexandria, MN. As a Direct Primary Care clinic, we do not accept traditional insurance but rather offer monthly memberships with wholesale labs and discounted medications. Patients are not required to have a membership to be seen by our providers in the clinic. We serve acute & urgent care needs while offering integrative & hormonal health, as well as LGBTQ+ friendly healthcare. Our medical spa offers acne intervention, lasers, micro-needling, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare in a spa environment. At WELL, we are passionate about providing highly-skilled, modern healthcare and esthetic services.

For a long while I didn’t have health insurance and thus didn’t get the greatest medical care. Then Well & Company opened in Alexandria and all of that changed. I was happy to have a membership that, for a reasonable monthly fee, allowed me to come in when I needed. They were there for me when I was recovering from a long hospital stay with covid. They called to check in on my progress and make sure everything was going alright. I appreciate the hard work of Jen and her nurses. She was wonderful and caring. Thank you!

I got my physical at well & company in August so I would be able to get prescription renewals with my doctor at another clinic in Alexandria. I signed the paperwork giving them permission to send it over when I had my physical. I called today and was told that I needed to sign a medical release form to get my physical info sent over to the other clinic in Alexandria. So I have to make a special trip to town to sign this paperwork when this should have already been taken care of. If I haven’t had pleasant experiences before I would have given lower stars on this. I’m hoping this will be taken care of as without this information I cannot get refills on my anti seizure medication.

I had a craniosacral massage with Jess and it was amazing! When I walked in, my muscles in my neck were very tight and I had minimal range of motion.
