I don’t usually leave bad reviews. But, After my 4th bad customer service experience with this place I will no longer over spend my money at this location. We have been loyal for awhile because most of the time the cuts are good. But there is always some issue with the schedule or wait even with appointment. And literally no customer service, no smile, no nothing when they have a mess up. Just not worth irritation for when they just don’t really care about your business anyway. I would feather go somewhere else that tries to earn and appreciate my business. That has been my experience anyway. It too bad and disappointing and frustrating.

Booked a last minute appointment for my 3 year old. I don’t expect it to turn out amazing because he is 3 and always moves his head. We were seen by “Jair” (not sure on spelling) who did an amazing job with my son moving his head about.
