The owner been doing my hair since I was 14 years old and I’m 30 now and she still do my hair, I live 3 hours away from her shop and I drive all the way to the cities just to get my hair done by her. I love how she do my hair and she is very professional and does great work I would give her and the other ladies in the shop that does hair 10 stars. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI won’t be returning after my last visit. I showed up to meet Joyce for my appointment and the salon was cleared out and everything was gone. Joyce told me to meet her at another house and from there she braided my hair from a garage. It’s been a week and my braids are already looking a month old. My real hair is coming out of my braids. The boxes and parting is all uneven. She put a ton of gel in my hair when she was braiding which left my hair dirty and itchy I had to wash my scalp right after getting my braids in. She also didn’t do the size I asked for so my braids are too big and all uneven I can’t do much styling because of how it’s parted. It definitely felt like Joyce was not paying attention, and trying to rush through my hair and the end result shows.Another thing to note is that the prices have been different every time I’ve gone in despite getting the same thing every time, and the customer service is really bad. I won’t be returning after my last visit. I showed up to meet Joyce for my appointment and the salon was cleared out and everything was gone. Joyce told me to meet her at another house and from there she braided my hair from a garage. It’s been a week and my braids are already looking a month old. My real hair is coming out of my braids.
