Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was looking to get a sew-in, I was convinced by the owner that microlinks are more natural and last 6 month to a year. I sat in her Salon for 6 hours and got their links put in for $950. After 2 weeks I started loosing links, I contacted the owner and she stated it was normal and my hair looked fine after I sent pics. That its normal to lose 3-5 links……Every time I curled my hair I lost links I lost a total of 35 link in the first month and they all feel like they were sliding. I contacted the owner sent pics of all the links I lost and she said it was time for a retightening. I then asked her when and how much would I be charged, I was ignored. The following morning I sent her another text asking when can I get my hair done or if I could just get a refund. I then received a call from her husband being very rude saying I needed to calm down and that my text seemed aggressive. Saying she was busy and he would relay my concerns. He then called back and tells me that they could fit me in next week but the service would cost 275 more dollars. At this point I am beyond baffled. I wasn’t seeking to get the hair fixed for free but never was I thinking that I was going to be charged fully price for another job when the first one was a lie about how long it would last and complete disaster. I then told them that I was going to report them and that I wanted a refund. Her husband then called again to bully me again but this time my husband was on the phone he immediately rushed his wife on the phone.
