First experience was okay. Staff wasn’t very friendly. She didn’t even warn me and just started ripping. I was fine with that since she did a great job. 2nd time, I think she was the same person, didn’t even put powder and I still had some stray hairs. She was fast so I give it a two star. I wouldn’t go here again if I knew she was going to be the same tech that will wax me.

Yullia is the BEST! I have been going to her for over a year now and I actually look forward to it! Yes, it is waxing so of course it is going to be uncomfortable and at times painful.. but Yullia is quick, detailed in her work and always asks if I am doing ok while I’m on the table. She is very professional and takes her job seriously. This is somewhat of an awkward experience but she makes you feel at ease so it is not embarrassing. I recommend her to anyone looking for the waxing “down there” experience!!

I have been coming here for yeeeears. Yullia is my new waxologist and she is amazing! I was really disappointed after Taylor left, but Yullia changed that! It hurt like hell!! My first time I was receiving a Brazilian wax so I thought and my tech was rude, not gentle, aggressive, and dismissive to the fact that I was a newbie. Her attitude and lack of patience and compassion made my first time that much worse. I made her stop 5 minutes into the whole thing!! Her name is yullia and while she MIGHT be great at getting every hair her overall disposition sucks azs!!! The park felt worse than labor!!

I decided that I wanted to try as well before heading to Mexico. I had NEVER had professional waxing that was not my eyebrows and was not entirely sure what to expect. I showed up at my appointment time, Yuliia took me a few minutes early, answered all my questions, made small talk to distract me and make me feel comfortable, and was completely professional, and very thorough. I scheduled my next appointment immediately upon completion. Yuliia was great! Very positive experience.
