The staff and the customers are very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable, and include you in conversations. Everyone enjoys themselves while there, and leaves happy. Also, you can buy food, snacks, soda, water, and/or shop at the thrift store next door while you wait or after you’re done!
