The folks at We Grow Hair Indy are amazing. They are professional and friendly and are very good at what they do! They make you feel comfortable and do not pressure you into treatments that you don’t need. I went in just hoping to stop my hair from thinning or at least slow it down. Not only were they able to stop the thinning, the treatments and advice helped to promote new hair growth. My hair is fuller and healthier than it was a year ago thanks to Darren and his world class team! I wasn’t sure what I expected but I didn’t expect the treatment to work this effectively! Once my treatment was done and proven to be a success, they advised me to see them in the future if there were any future hair loss.

I highly, *highly* recommend We Grow Hair Indy to anyone considering hair loss treatment. I had my first consultation in February of 2020, sat on my decision, came back for a second consultation in August 2021, and eventually had my first hair transplant in December 2021. I’m a younger guy (26 at the time of my procedure), so obviously I wanted the best, most natural results possible, and from Day 1 of meeting with Todd, Will, and the rest of the team, I knew they’d take good care of me. My surgery was specifically targeted at my receding temples, and even though I thought I’d be more nervous going into it, it was a very relaxed experience. My surgeon, Dr. Pawlinga, walked through everything step by step and made me feel confident I was going to get the results I wanted. Everything about that day went perfectly and their team has kept me up to speed on what to expect in the weeks and months ahead.

Not one to write reviews, but when there’s great service involved I think it’s important to share your experience. I have had two procedures at We Grow Hair Indy and have found both to be terrific experiences. The procedure works but it’s the customer experience, which makes the difference. Anytime I’ve had a question, the staff is quick to respond. Anxiety is calmly and thoughtfully handled. It begins when you walk in the office and continues long past the time you walk out.

Okay, here we go. If you’re looking to truly invest in yourself, and you want to start with your hair, this is the place to go. For 10 years, I watched my hair slowly thin and disappear. I was mentally preparing myself to shave my head bald. But, I wanted to give myself a fighting chance, and see what options were out there to help get my hair back… or at least enough to be happy. So, I contacted We Grow Hair Indy for a consultation. Ryan, my consultant, whom I see as a friend now, was so supportive, understanding, and thorough with explaining everything available to me. He was so encouraging, but at the same time, he didn’t push me to make a decision quickly. By the end of our meeting, I made the choice to invest in myself. I chose the Laser Hair Treatment, just to see how much it can benefit me. I was skeptical, but who wouldn’t be. Throughout the treatment, I was able to see my progress, not just by looking in the mirror, but also through the progress checks built in to the treatment plan. I couldn’t believe how much my hair actually changed. Today, as I type this review, I’m entering the final day of treatment, and I’ll also be having my end of treatment consultation. My journey isn’t over. This was just the beginning. I’ll have more to share in the future. But for now, I am truly happy with the results of the Laser Treatment. Sorry for the long read, everyone. I can not say enough about We Grow Hair Indy and their process for hair restoration. From the very beginning Will does an excellent job at making you feel comfortable with talking about your hair. I was recommended 1 multi unit hair grafting treatment and 8 months in the results are better than I have imagined. They got my hair back and I can not thank them enough. They give you top notch service and its the only place you should go for any hair restoration needs.

I was taken care of from the day I walked in. This company does excellent work and hair treatment is their total focus. Darren, Will, Eliazabeth, McKenzie, Jillian, and others have done an excellent job throughout both of my treatments. I needed 2 treatments in my particular case. The staff here really does a great job. Darren and Will do an excellent job of explaining everything and they really care about the results. They’re never in a rush either, which is nice. I’m an airline pilot and felt like I needed to have this work done to help me look the part. The phone calls, emails, and texts are always appreciated and I never felt like I was guessing at anything. They provide solid documentation throughout the process so everything is processed out nicely. It was the right choice for me both times and my wife and kids love the results. Like most people I was very skeptical using a company like this would actually mean I could grow my hair back. But that’s exactly what happened. I was going bald very quickly in my early 30s and was not ready to live the rest of my life with no hair. So I decided to do a consultation and see what they had to say. I met with Will Saddler and he was able to answer all my questions. He explained every step of the process and more importantly why it worked. For someone who came in with doubts, this helped me to understand why my misconceptions weren’t correct. He was straight forward with me and presented a path forward that allowed me to have more hair again. I am now 4 months post surgery and my hair looks the best it has since I was in my early 20’s. The procedure is not cheap but for me it was absolutely worth it. I have suggested this procedure and the company to multiple people in my life.
