I had a blowout service with Carmen today. Overall, she seems like a nice person. However, I did not like my hair at all. I put trust into Carmen to do something simple for my hair (for my birthday). Instead of getting a nice voluminous blowout, I got half curled, frizzy, and straight hair. The process was rushed and she didn’t section my hair out at all. She started to but gave up after one section. She afterwards just started pulling at all my hair with the brush without combing it out first. I didn’t say anything because I wanted her to work her “magic” and maybe she had a different way of doing things. But the experience wasn’t nice and I won’t be coming back.

I first came here in desperate need for a haircut, and wound up getting paired with an excellent stylist – Vee. I started with long hair (all the way down my back), and walked out with a bright galaxy bob – exactly what I wanted. Vee and I have gone on a wild ride with my hair, a new experiment with every visit, and I wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else. The salon has a great environment, and gets decorated for the holidays.

They are currently open! Appointments are required. I’ve come here twice, Sharon cuts my hair and she always does an amazing job. I have some texture to my hair that has caused bad haircuts in the past, but she really listened to me. I consider their haircut prices very fair.

The most amazing haircut experience I have ever had… I saw Carmen and she knew what she was doing for sure. I told her what I wanted and I got what I wanted. Simple. And at 38 dollars its decently priced. Some may think it’s a bit pricey but trust me when I tell you that it’s worth it.

I have had my hair done here by almost all the stylists in the past few years. They have all done a great job, especially Sharon, Oula and Violeta (Vi). Everyone here is friendly and the receptionist, Shawna, always provides a courtesy call to remind me of my appointment. Great customer service and skilled hairstylists.

Haven’t gotten any services from this place but had an encounter with and employee Sharon in the parking lot. The lady yelled at me, cursed at me called me out of my name and threatened to call police on me because I was confused about the employee only and customer parking. I was trying to park and another employee there was backing out and said the side I was going on was employee parking only. So as I was about to back out and find other parking this lady Sharon gets out of her car and begins yelling at me and threatening to call the police on me to have my car towed, even though I was not even parked in the lot as was trying to back out. After I found parking on the street this lady still tried calling the police on me and also called the manager outside saying I was parked in their lot. After proving to them my car was not in their lot Sharon tries to question me about my first and last name and where I work so she could report me to my job. For some reason this lady was just mad at me though I did not threaten her, yell at her, or call he out of her name like she did me, or park in their employee only parking.
