Avoid this place! Zero stars! Not a good experience. The nail tech did not do a good job. She cut too deeply into my cuticles. Especially on my thumb nail. Filed my nails crooked(pointer finger) and did a sloppy job over all.

I’ve gone to this nail salon a handful of times simply because it’s conveniently located near my work. Well, today I gave it one last shot and safe to say I will not be back. Do yourself a favor and find another salon that’s not only cleaner and has more experienced employees, but overall has basic customer service skills. I attempted to get a regular pedicure (which has taken 30 minutes max during my prior visits) on a Thursday night at 6:30. I walked in, and maybe 8 other customers were being serviced; however, apparently it was “too late” and they were “already cleaning up” (one woman sweeping in the corner). I clarified with an employee that they close at 7:30 (1 HOUR FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN), and she confirmed and still said it was too late. Ive tried avoiding writing bad reviews after my prior experiences where my nails were cut so low that they bled, but being turned away an hour before closing time (when my schedule is limited enough to begin with) was the icing on the cake for me. Clearly they don’t care about your business regardless of Covid being a set back, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

She got polish all over my skin and had no clue how to massage, cut or file toenails. The management could care less that I was unhappy with the service. In fact they tried to overcharge me insisting that I had callus remover which I did not. So upsetting especially since my 17 year old daughter was with me and I was treating her to a pedicure. AMAZING!! Simply put, the best gel manicure and spa gel pedicure experience I’ve had in a while. Moved recently to the area & have been testing nail salons near me. Wayne Valley exceeded my expectations, they have gained a new client for life. The level of detail and care executed by the nail technicians was beyond impressive. They took their time and did the job to perfection, exactly what I asked for. Ana and Lucy are two gems!!! I consider myself to be a very meticulous client and I promise you will not regret coming here. The very few negative reviews are unfounded, this place is amazing!

Got the Shea Butter pedicure with reflexology massage. It was the best ever ! She had a nice firm hand which my achy legs needed, I was in heaven ! I live a town over & don’t come to this particular shopping center so had forgotten about this place. Came across it on Google while searching a salon open on Sunday. Definitely will be coming back.

I use this salon as my back up, since it’s open on Sundays. The service is great, but they don’t use brand gel polish, so the gel literally comes off 3 days later. I would recommend only regular mani/pedi.
