Moved from the city a few months ago and found this gem of a place. I’ve been coming for a few months now and all the techs are attentive and sweet. I usually do manis and pedis and sometimes gel manis. Attention to details is great and prices are reasonable too.

Do not recommend. Will not go back. Went here for the first time today and got a gel manicure. 30 min after getting home the polish on two of my nails completely popped right off. I didn’t even think that was possible with gels, they’re usually very difficult to remove.

My technician basically phoned it in. The briefest of scrubbing the soles of my feet, shoulder massage two squeezes and she was gone. At $25 for a regular pedicure, I expected better. Couple days earlier I was told they couldn’t get me in without an appointment and not allowed to wait. When I called for an appointment today, the first time the person said no, and there was no further response. I called back, and had some difficulty being understood. Again the call seemed to end abruptly. The whole experience was unsatisfactory. Back to my previous salon.

I’ve been going to this place for almost a year . I’m not coming back . Every time I go I see different faces. The girl that did my pedicure today seemed to be around 15 or 16 years old . I could tell she had no experience at all . I asked her to cut my nails short . She did not . She did not give me a leg massage as I had received on other appointments. I will be looking for another salon .

I got a manicure done here about a year ago (forgot to write a review back then) and they took such great care of me! It was very covid-safe and the nail techs took their time with my manicure, making sure everything was good. I will be coming back again this summer! Manicure

Critical: ProfessionalismMy rating is based on today’s experience . I’ve been here two other times for pedicures and was satisfied . Today … I asked for the extra massage … I figured she didn’t hear me because it was over in 7 minutes … I figured I would get that length massage during a regular pedicure so figured she didn’t hear me so no biggie . I was a little surprised to see I got charged for a spa pedicure … I explained that I didn’t think I received it . Although I appreciate they reprimanded the lady who did my pedicure that the massage should be longer … they still charged me . So I paid for a spa pedicure that felt like a regular pedicure …. And still tipped the girl 20 percent . I feel like I should have not been charged for that. I will be trying a different place next time .My rating is based on today’s experience . Positive: Qualityi love sun nails so much! lily does amazing designs you could show her anything and she would do it. it’s a nice cute modern space and the workers there are beyond friendly! the pedicures there are amazing and it feels so nice! there so many color selections and i can’t wait to go soon!
