The Wayne Barbershop is a classic men’s barbershop established in 1966. For the last 50 years, the WBS has been providing quality haircuts under the artistic talent of Angelo Gulino. Through the years and an apprenticeship, Daniel Pierson has developed with Mr. Gulino and has honed his craft to continue this classic tradition. Classic men’s barbering consists of specialized techniques and the use of tools that cannot be taught in chain stores or modern shops. This process is one that is passed down through generations. It is a unique skill that cannot be copied or mass produced. Whether it be a: men’s “regular,” blended fade, taper, military, flat top cut, or the like, the Wayne Barbershop will provide a quality hair service.

My first time coming here was this date. I was unsure of service and what to expect. The atmosphere was relaxing and I came to a calm state when I was asked what I wanted. Overall a great experience. Great service. They know how to treat their customers and they’re professional despite the laid back atmosphere. It feels like- I wanna say nostalgia when you’d go with your father to the local barbershop for the first time. I highly recommend this place for those who are nearby. If you need a quick cut both barbers do a very good job. I’d wait on the guy rather than the lady If you want someone who takes their time with the cut. The female barber kind of rushed it but still did a pretty good job.

By far the best barber shop in Wayne. The place is laid back, the barber/owner is super cool and friendly and the haircut itself is always exactly what you asked for and cut professionally and on point. If I have a wedding, an important business meeting, or if I just want a good haircut and shave, there is no other option. Also, Dan was just featured as a great business in Wayne NJ.
