She’s very professional , I get my Brazilian waxes done by her all the time I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Critical: ProfessionalismMarielle is very unprofessional. I just left there to get a Vajacial and a Brazilian wax. When I came in, Marielle told me that she didn’t have any appointments today. I had to remind her that she rescheduled me to come in this very day. She even wrote it down in her journal on Tuesday (5-11-21) and told me to come in this day (5-13-21). I had an appointment since Tuesday (5-11-21) but she kept rescheduling me. Today she wanted to reschedule me again but I told her that I’m trying to get this done before my birthday which is next week Monday therefore I won’t be in town. She exclaimed that I was 6 minutes late. I drove an hour both days from work just to be told to reschedule for 6 minutes of lateness. I get that it can be an inconvenience but usually businesses give a 15 minute grace period because things do happen. Even so, on her website it should state that as well. I purchased this off of Groupon because it’s my first time and wanted to make sure she’s worth going back to. At the end of the day, my appointment was with Marielle, not Groupon. That should not allow a business to low ball someone. I never had a business treat potential customers like this. This was my first time trying to try her out because of the great reviews I have seen. First impressions are everything. How can you grow a clientele when you don’t value your clients. I will stay clear of this place and will definitely let others know to do the same. Great reviews can be misleading because it’s a lot of them. I guess I was the chosen one to be treated horribly.
