I had an appointment with Sarah B…. I called around 25 mins earlier letting them know because of road weather I will be late a couple minutes. The girl at the reception told me if I was there at 5:50 PM it would be OK. My appointment was at 5:45 PM. I drive all the way there I park all the way across the street because they do not have their own parking. I get there at 5:50 and they tell me that she is no longer able to to do my appointment because she is under the weather. What they did not know is while I was waiting for the turn signal for the crosswalk I saw her standing up there and they were talking and laughing and when I was walking towards the building she went in the back. They told me that I can cancel or they will book me with someone else and I would have to wait as well because Sarah was not able to do my appointment anymore. It was very unprofessional of Sarah to do that. It was actually very unprofessional for the whole staff. If they wanted to cancel my appointment they could have told me when I called them earlier and let them know I was going to be late. I will not be coming here again. I have worked in many customer service settings and this was not a good experience. It is not kind to laugh at others and to make customers drive all the way there just to tell them they can’t be seen anymore and have to reschedule with someone else. If this was the case then it could have been done over the phone. A very big disappointment Waxxpot. Do better with training your employees on customer service.

I got my eyebrows waxed here the other day and now I have 2 big scabs on my eyelids. I’m not sure why wax was put on my eyelids in the first place, they’re already super thin and sensitive. Hopefully, I’m not left with scarring. Facial hair removal, Eyebrow waxing

It was my first visit and Im not going to lie I was so nervous but Ms.Grace talked me thru the whole process while including a meaningful conversation which took my mind off what was happening & before I knew it I was done. I purchased the Brazilian V Wax service and I love the outcome. Also did I mention that customer service was very inviting everyone seem happy to be there. I will definitely be making it to my next appt & may even try a few more different services . If you haven’t tried it yet check it out YOLO.

After 4 horrible visits to EWC, I decided to try this place. I told the woman my past experiences so she was super thorough and got 99% of the hair during my Brazilian. I obviously booked with the same person but this time she was a few minutes late to getting me, nbd, I immediately thanked her for doing such an amazing job last time. But after getting home and showering the next day I realized she missed a ton of hair. Not just random hairs here and there or hairs that are too short to wax, full patches of hair in obvious spots, I don’t understand how someone can do such a good job and the next time absolutely butcher it. It’s beyond frustrating paying 70$ and no one cares about the job they do.

La’Don is wonderful. They did an amazing job, showing extra attention to detail. I hate sitting still to get my brows done, but La’Don created a comfortable atmosphere and was very gentle as well. Would definitely recommend them and this location. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

Critical: ProfessionalismI thought I had finally found the perfect wax studio for me- I absolutely LOVE the girls here and came for many months. The last time I went sadly ruined it for me and I won’t be returning. I got there exactly three minutes late. Entered the waiting room. The desk girl was speaking to another customer so I didn’t want to be rude so I didn’t interrupt and I took a seat. After ten minutes of her ignoring me, while I was the only customer in the small waiting room, I stood up to ask if I’d been checked in or if she needed my name. The girl told me I wouldn’t be able to be seen and apologized for not speaking to me sooner. She offered to call other salons who could fit me in hours later but I had an event that night and needed the wax at the earlier time. I am so sad and disappointed at how I was treated and still warn all my friends about this studio when I previously raved about it. I still tell my friends the wax specialists are amazing but I warn them about the way this business is run and how the secretary handles customers who are simply trying to be polite!!I thought I had finally found the perfect wax studio for me- I absolutely LOVE the girls here and came for many months. This place was very clean and they did very quick work. Super comfortable, fun atmosphere and the results were amazing. The woman who did my waxing asked lots of questions to make sure it was perfect. If you’re thinking about getting waxed, I recommend this place.
