I made an appointment same day earlier this week to get a brow wax. I’ve plucked my own brows for 16 years now and never had anything waxed. I was very nervous and Jordan was very considerate and checked in with me after each section she did to make sure I was okay. She did a great job. It was so quick and less painful than all of the plucking. I will definitely be back for her to do them again!

I had a great time. I got a full Brazilian wax. It was my first time getting waxed. I had not shaved in a few weeks so my hair was very long. The wonderful girl doing my wax did asuch as she could but then informed me I would need to go home and trim some of my hairs so she could continue. After I went home and came back she completed the wax perfectly and I actually felt very little pain. Will definitely be back in 4 weeks and make this a regular thing.

I have been twice. I forgot to cancel my appointment and 45 minutes before they closed I received a text from someone at the salon telling me that I needed to reschedule or I would be charged 50 percent of my service fees. I will never go back. I have never been to a service that charges a fee for not rescheduling. If you decide to go be sure to cancel or only do walk-ins

Had a Brazilian wax with Daniela T. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and was quick!! She is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the aftercare. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming. Overall really awesome customer service!!

Kylie is awesome. I had my first waxing done and she did a spectacular job and it was quick and well explained while answering all my questions. She holds great conversation and does a fantastic job working with guys in sensitive areas. I will be back to see her when the time comes.

3 girls were talking up front about accidentally no showing the wrong client (Michelle?), they even called her before addressing me and by the time they spoke with me i was “late” for my appt even though I had gotten there within the 5 minute grace period. So i had to reschedule and book with a different technician. I usually don’t have any issues with this place.

I’ve been here many times now to get my eyebrows waxed and I love it every time! I’ve had multiple technicians because of my changing schedule, and they’re all great. Facility looks great and is always clean, everyone is so nice, and somehow when they wax it hurts much less than everywhere else I have been. Highly recommend!

I see Kylie for a Brazilian and she’s amazing!! She’s very educated in this field and always does an amazing job. Everything is kept very clean and I can tell they wipe down the bed after every client. Everyone is very friendly and I always have a great experience when I’m there!
