I was referred to Jackie over a year ago by a friend when my esthetician of 4+ years moved. I had went to European wax center and wax the city and just wasn’t happy with the service, then I found Jackie. She has been so amazing, she keeps her space clean and sanitized, is efficient and has great hours for those that work during the day like me. If she is sick, she is considerate enough to reschedule her clients rather than spreading her sickness just to earn a $. Which really shows she cares, because small business owners only get paid when they work. If she does have to reschedule, she will usually stay late or open more slots to help accommodate her clients. What I love about Jackie is that she always makes me feel comfortable and is very personable. She remembers details from our conversations and will ask about them each time she sees me, as if we are friends catching up, which speaks volumes to me – I’m not just another wax. I have since referred friends and family to her because I have experienced how amazing she is at what she does! If you are on the fence about waxing, go see Jackie! If waxing is not for you, she has many other services that she is just as fabulous at.

I have been seeing Jackie for years now. She has always been incredibly kind, professional, and considerate. She’s does an amazing job – fast and as painless as possible. She has amazing recommendations for after care. Her space is always beautiful, welcoming and super clean. I feel relaxed in her presence, she is just a calming person. When there are times that I’ve needed to reschedule, she is always graceful and works with me. Just truly a great person. 5 stars, 10/10 recommend.

I have been going to Jackie for a couple of years now for my waxing needs. I have never met anyone more professional and amazing at her job. She communicates well and takes great care of her clients. She goes out of her way to make sure she is accommodating and that her client’s needs are met. I know I’ve had to cancel last minute a time or two and she is ALWAYS very understanding. You won’t find a better Esthetician who is professional, fast and just all around a wonderful person.

I’m so happy I found her because as a plus size woman, it is vital that I feel comfortable having someone perform waxing services on me. Jackie has ALWAYS made me feel extremely comfy!! On top of that, I struggle with sensitive skin and she purchased products with her own money and gave them to me, but wouldn’t let me pay for them until we found the right combo for me. If there was an option for more than 5 stars I would choose it. Jackie has always been professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. My husband has used her services and I’ve been seeing Jackie for years. I contracted folliculitis about 2 years ago and Jackie was fabulous about rescheduling me last minute because I would have a breakout. We brainstormed together several times to see how we could clear it up. Jackie is fantastic at what she does, she will do her best to accommodate you and she is never difficult to work with. Life happens for everyone so if she needs to cancel there’s always a good reason why. And if she’s I’ll, I would much rather she reschedule me than show up and get me sick.
