I really like Sedra she was very friendly and did a great job with my wax so good that I made appointments for myself and my daughter who wanted to try waxing as well. First she canceled my appointments because she thought I double booked and when I contracted her she was very understanding and rebooked our appointments so as I’m getting ready for the appointments I get a message that both appointments have been canceled again. Less than an hour and a half before the appointments. So for that reason I will not be rebooking. She goes good work but the cancellations really are kind of unprofessional.

Sedra is great at Waxology, but she constantly cancels confirmed appointments and recently did it again an hour before the appointment. I cannot recommend going here for this reason. If you value your time, I recommend looking elsewhere.

She had me sit here for 1.5 hours to tell me she could not take me. Super unprofessional. I would not recommend. Every appointment ran behind. We sat and waited and waited. Sedra does good work, and is always nice and sweet. But I never get seen on time. Always have to wait on her finishing another client. I would like to be seen at my appointment time and go on with my day or at least receive something on her end that she may late because blah blah.. 20-30 min past appointment time is an always for me.
