Very cute, minimalist decor upon entry. Athena was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. In the past after eyebrow waxings at other places I would normally have very red, irritated skin and sometimes spots of blood(I naturally have very sensitive skin and tough Italian hair and it happened so often I didn’t think anything of it). I told Athena about my sensitive skin and she said she would put something on my eyebrows to help at the end(I forget what it was called). She was very gentle throughout. Very minimal pain while waxing, how amazing! My eyebrow tint turned out just how I wanted too. And my skin was the least irritated it has ever been and no blood! Athena was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. Melissa did a wonderful job removing all the hair on my legs, and she made the experience as comfortable as possible! I have been waxed elsewhere and the care and attention to detail was above and beyond at Waxology! Also, the environment is just really cute and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This place is fantastic! They were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment, Emily was really friendly and informative, she did an AMAZING job on my Brazilian wax; I asked at the last minute to add an underarm wax (my first one ever!) and that was great too! She paid so much attention to detail, which I really appreciated. She’s personable and professional, it felt like I was chatting with my bestie who just happened to also be waxing my hooha I even bought the owners homemade hydrating salve…let me tell you my skin was SO SOFT! Absolutely LOVE Waxology! Definitely recommend!!

I got my Brazillian wax done here and the place was very nice/clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Only complaint is that I had a fair amount of hair leftover and my usual waxer, after she rips the hairs, she’ll press down right after on the skin so it isn’t as painful. The waxer there was really ripping and dipping and I wouldn’t have minded as much if I didn’t have hundreds of hairs left over, especially for the price ($75+ tip). It’s also crazy because she seemed like she was triple checking to make sure there was none and plucking, but when I got up and looked there was still so much. I loved the environment but I wouldn’t go again. The end result was not worth the price when my hooha looks like Cynthia from rugrats.

When I pulled up to the building I was already impressed by how neat and clean it looked from the outside. But the inside really blew me away! Whoever decorated that place really went above and beyond. I couldn’t stop looking at all the gorgeous plants. It was so aesthetically pleasing that I took photos of the waiting area just to send to my friends. This was my first professional waxing (other than my eyebrows) and Natalie really made me comfortable right at the beginning. The entire experience was amazing and I will for sure be coming back! This was my first ever wax. I did the bikini wax to start and booked Madelynn after reading other reviews. She was great! One of those people you instantly feel comfortable around. She was quick and didn’t allow time for you to think about what was coming, before I knew it I was done and I’m very happy with the results. Scheduled my next extended bikini wax before I left.
