I’ve been coming for a year for regular waxing and love this place! The waxing technicians are friendly, provide great advice and whatever they do and use doesn’t hurt like other places. No more “speed waxing” with big strips for me! Club Orange saves you 20% off service and 10% off product. I can usually find the time I want online or get squeezed in when I call.

I started getting my brows done here 3 months ago after going to the benefit brow bar for years. I have seen Dee every time and she is amazing. My brows consistently turn out perfect and she’s really fast! She does a combo of waxing and threading which gives a super clean look!

To lobby brings an urban look to Issaquah with a brick wall and raw iron shelves. All services are performed in private rooms by specially trained waxing experts using their proprietary hard and soft waxes from Spain. Lisa waxed my ears and nose taking great care.

I’ve had fairly good service in the past but just recently had a terrible experience. My appointment was cancelled without them telling me- it still showed scheduled in my account. I drive from 20+mins away, so coming to a 9:00am appointment to find closed doors and not receive a call back until almost 10:00am was very frustrating. Seems like a case of bad organizational structure…
