I have been going to Waxing in the City Kailua for a few months now and I feel the need to give Rachel a shout out! My first time was not with her and it wasn’t a terrible experience but i didn’t know it could get so much better. After booking a second time and getting Rachel i have not gone to anyone else she’s great and what she does and super quick! She’s talkative in the best way possible because she really keeps you engaged in conversation and it takes your mind off of what’s really going on. I highly highly recommend any new timer’s to go to her!

Recently saw Tera for a Brazilian and she’s amazing and sweet. Honestly have not had a bad experience or been unsatisfied in the slightest with any of my visits here. Great attention to detail and the studios very clean. I travel 30 min to come here and it’s sooo worth it that I don’t even mind. I’m definitely a loyal customer.

This place is wonderful all around. Let’s face it, the act of waxing is not something we look forward to but the results are amazing. Treece, my cerologist, is AMAZING! She makes you feel comfortable all the way from spreading your cheeks to ripping that wax off! I have a membership, which is totally worth it.
