Critical: ProfessionalismI would check your bank account every time they charge your card and randomly throughout the month! I came to this location cuz I had currently just relocated to the area. I signed up for club Orange it was amazing I’ve been there 17 months. But my last visit the owner Alicia was sitting behind the counter talking to someone not really paying attention to me. I was looking at all the products because I arrived a little bit early to my appointment. When I went into my room Taylor had said oh I noticed that you’re getting a scrub. I said no she said oh I noticed the gold in your purse. I pulled out my golden brown Calvin Klein wallet tipping my purse showing her there’s nothing else in there. Since I had already paid for my services through club orange I just left her a cash tip. The next morning my card was charged for two items that I did not purchase but was charged for anyways because they thought I took them. First of all check your cameras. Second of all don’t ever charge anybody’s card because you think they took something the responsible thing would have been to leave it alone or call them and ask them to come review the cameras with you. I will never be using this place again. And trying to get that $49 back that they charge to my card took forever I actually had to call my bank and tell them that they allegedly accused me of stealing.
