It was my first time getting a Brazilian Wax. After looking at it, I had to come home and pluck the hairs. There was quite some hair that wasn’t removed that I will have to shave for my vacation. I went into Waxing The City today for my first time. I had not had my eyebrows waxed since high school due to a bad waxing experience at my hair salon that left me with bruising and bleeding. My experience with Katelyn was AMAZING! She did such a great job and my sensitive skin handled it just fine. I was only slightly red for about a half hour after my appointment. I was absolutely thrilled with my experience. My brows now have a beautiful shape. I got them tinted as well and love it! Thank you katelyn!

Karessa took great care of me. Very personable and experienced. Today was my first ever Brazilian wax and she made sure I was comfortable and less nervous. I love her personality because I assumed it would be awkward. She also waxed my unerarms and waxed & tinted my eyebrows and I love my experience and results. This is going to be my place to go to.
