Place was clean including the waxing room. Front desk was not welcoming at all, made me feel like I was interrupting. I was rescheduled with someone I did not know her name via text message as the original person I booked was not able to make it in. Receptionist was rude and just said she’ll be right with you. Service was relatively fast which was great but I was left with some wax on me and some hairs were missed. Overall I had a 50/50 experience and not sure I will return to this facility.

Getting waxed as a man is awkward and the stigma that comes with it. But these ladies are super professional. Been 3x since 06/29/22 and I will keep coming back. They do a great job and they are super comforting, make you feel clean and confident when you walk out. Men definitely need to step their game up when it comes to body hair removal and just being more manscaped in general and this place is great to get the ball rolling

My neck is quite sensitive and I get bad razor burn all the time so I figured I’d give waxing a shot. My goal is to reduce the coarseness and amount of neck hair I have so when I do shave my neck it won’t be as sensitive. The lady I had did a great job being nice and concerned about my comfort. When getting thick neck hair ripped out of the skin, it felt like how you’d imagine it. The facility was clean and tidy. I’ll go back again.

I decided to try a brow wax and henna brows. My waxer seemed to be uninterested in explaining to me what the results of henna brows would be. She poorly waxed the hair, and then applied the henna. When I commented that there were a lot more stray hairs, she said she’d get to them. After minimal time allotted for the henna, she said I was done. I asked her to take care of the super visible black hairs- she seemed annoyed and hastily started plucking away pulling at skin. I left with slightly tinted brows (not what I expected), bleeding wounds, and stray hairs that I had to pluck myself when I got home.

Somehow web address is wrong and take me to mall and looking for this place 20min and waist my time and under the sun my face was cook. So I called and get the right address and move the appointment time. When I got there I still have 2 more hours to wait and they don’t have any openings whatsoever and the girl who answer my questions have a attitude and felt like racism towards to me. However I cannot go home and come back again to see his place so, I choose not to come back!
