I go every month and leave happy every time. My monthly cerologist is Ysabelle and for the couple months she was on maternity leave, I went to Gabby and Dani. They’re all amazing. I have never left with any unwanted hair because they are very thorough in the best way possible and it is the most painless waxing service I’ve been provided since they use smaller strips at a time. I can carry a full conversation with them as they pull whereas I couldn’t do that at other businesses prior to switching over to Waxing The City. The atmosphere is peaceful and all the employees I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to are great at their roles there. Their customer service is magnificent. This is the place I will continue to recommend to all my friends that want to get anything waxed.

I was really impressed the first time I used them so I made another appt with the same girl. My next appt I showed up early, checked in, and waited for my appt time. 15 mins past my appt time I checked back in and the receptionist went to check with the service girl. Apparently, the girl “forgot” I made the appt and scheduled a service that paid more. The receptionist had a horrible attitude when she asked if I wanted to reschedule or find another service girl. I told her that another individual was fine. The girl was okay however she did not shape my eyebrows properly and was generally really rough. The policy if you cancel less than 24 hours is they charge you but they do not have a policy if they have to reschedule you because a higher paid service comes in. Customer service is poor. I will not be going back and I will not recommend this particular location to my friends.

What’s the point in making an appointment when I’m waiting 15 min and she still tells me she’s still busy with another client. Don’t have a time available when you can’t guarantee being on time. Same way the company charges you for cancellation it should be the same for not being available for a service I booked. Never coming again

I get a full back wax a couple times a year and Plan on using Dani for as long as I can. She’s got a seriously awesome personality and was super quick. As quick as she was it was still a great and very thorough job. Took a relative to Dani to get their eyebrows waxed and once again Dani did not disappoint. Friendly staff. Clean and sanitary room. Dani makes this place a great find. If she ever leaves I will follow.
