I was getting waxed before Hurricane Laura. I got burned by them continuing to charge me even though they weren’t open because none of LC was open. Well, I wound up going to a locally owned studio and I will never be back to waxing the city. There are other options in the area now that are better. Plus the receptionists were always rude. They rotate through esthicians like they are candy so you never know who you’ll wind up with. They don’t get paid hourly whereas other places do get paid hourly so they don’t push products on you to make you feel obligated. They always took 45 minutes to wax me whereas the new place I’m in and out in 15 minutes. And they left hair! Don’t go here, go to another place that actually values you as a client not just your wallet.

BEWARE….Been a loyal customer since the place opened and was charged a no show fee after I was waxed. I was a club orange member so my money gets taken out my account every month. Not only did they take my money out but then charged me 45 dollars extra for a no show when I rescheduled. To make it worse they didn’t tell me till AFTER I got waxed. Girl at the desk was very snarky and instead of listening told me “WELL other places charge more and we don’t pay our girls hourly so we have to do it”. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED! NO THANK YOU!
