Needed my eyebrows waxed and tinted for my baby shower and found waxing the city by searching through google. My skin is very sensitive so I hate threading. This location is located in a large strip mall. The parking was a little bit of a hassle, but that’s just because it’s one large shared parking lot for all the stores around.

I like the chain as a whole but the constant turnover of waxing associates at the location is a little bothersome. Comfort with your cerologist is important to me. Reteaching your style or shape consistently becomes tiresome.

I have good experience until now. I asked if they had any openings today for eyebrows and they said yes only at 2:30 pm. I said I might be few minutes late and they said as long as it’s before 2:35 pm it’s fine. I rush over and make it before the cut off time only to be told they won’t be able to take me in. What good is an appointment if you can’t honor it!
