Ive been coming here for a few months. Unfortunately this past time I had a personal issue come up and ended up being exactly 7 minutes late. Their grace period is 7 minutes!! My appointment was cancelled and I was charged. When I said “I believe the grace period is 7 minutes” I was told it was too late they already marked me as a no show and there was nothing they could do.

I went for a Brazilian wax after a recommendation from a friend so I had high hopes BUT my esthetician just kept going over and over on the same spot “because she’s a perfectionist”.
