Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDon’t use location. They did a poor job on my Brazilian Wax and under arms. I still had hairs that shouldn’t have been there.. I booked online with a certain person plus paid for my services in advance and when I got there they gave me a girl that didn’t know what she was doing fresh out of school and when I asked about the girl I choose online they looked at me with a dumb founded look.. I would not go to this location. Very unprofessional and the service was horrible.. I’m not happy at all after paying them 90.00 for mr services..Don’t use location. I have been going to Reyna every month for the past 8 months and I love her! She is always on time for my appointments, and does a thorough job for all my waxing needs! She’s recommended great products for ingrown hair issues and my eye brows haven’t matched my whole life until she started waxing them I definitely recommend her

I called the manager on call and she said I have to call the corporate office and she will deal with me on Monday! The girl immediately was rude and not welcoming. The first thing she tells me is that she won’t be able to do a good job on my eyebrows and won’t tweeze them because I was 4 minutes late. I apologized again, surprised at her rudeness. Then I got the feeling I’d be paying for a subpar job since she told me it would be so I said I didn’t need the service then.
