I really enjoyed the first lash lift and tint I first received (over a year ago), however, the last two I have gotten do not seem to last more than a few days and the tint is gone too even as I follow the “post” lift/tint instructions. I called to see if I could come in and get another one done at a discounted price since it wasn’t lasting and was told that’s not an option but the store manager would get back to so we could figure something out. I was fine paying but appreciated that they would help fix this as it was something I was not satisfied with. It has now been almost a month since I first called and I still have not received a call back from the store manager even after reaching out another two times trying to speak with someone. It’s completely disappointing for me and very unprofessional in my opinion.
