She was very thorough and recommended some amazing aftercare products which I purchased. I think this is the smoothest Brazilian wax I’ve ever had and there was virtually no pain. The receptionist called me as I am in the parking lot to inform me I would not be receiving the services because I was 10 minutes late. However, I would be charged the full amount. Their “policy” of a no-show with full charge after 10 minutes was never discussed when I was booking the appointment. I will be taking this up with my credit card company to dispute the charge. Terrible customer service. I will never recommend this to anybody. Do not support a company that is fine dealing with injustice and charging for services that they will not provide without giving any forewarning.
