Critical: ValueSaw a sign for Brow Henna, went right in and made an appointment for a couple hours later. I was in town for laser hair removal, so this eyebrow treatment was a service that appealed to me. I was told it would last 6-8 weeks if I didn’t use a scrub or oil-based product to wash my face, but only lasted 5 days. I didn’t touch my eyebrows, and washed around them when I wore foundation the couple times I did my makeup. I had never heard of this before that day, and left completely ecstatic after the treatment. My mother and I both got it done, all the staff were very friendly and we told them how thrilled we were we wouldn’t have to fill in our brows every day. Now that I’ve done research, I see that the hairs may hold the henna for 6-8 weeks but not the skin. I even asked how it lasted that long, and details about the face wash products that I listed above were explained. We both have very dark hair, so the color is not the issue…our hair growth is sparse, and the shape is what we were looking for. We both said many times how excited were about that and how cheap it was to last so long. We even told them we looked up other locations so we could go back after to have it done again. The distinction should have been clarified about the skin/shape timeframe and hair color by the receptionist when I asked her about the service…and the two aestheticians that did the treatment since we talked about different treatments throughout the entire visit. I personally book with Nellie and she always recommends her professional opinion with certain concerns I have rather than trying to sell me their products so she can get a sale. I have been going here for almost a year and I really love this place. It is very clean and professional. I personally book with Nellie and she always recommends her professional opinion with certain concerns I have rather than trying to sell me their products so she can get a sale. I also really like how she doesn’t try to force a conversation with me. Great place and highly recommend!
