Decided to try a new place to get my eyebrows done and I’m so glad I did! My brows look fantastic and the staff are so kind. My Cerologist (I think her name started with an S? Although place is clean and my waxing was completed I called prior to making appointment and ASKED if they used soft wax with cloth to remove hair person answering phone said yes. cool I made appointment and I get in room no they don’t. So for her not being knowledgeable about treatments I won’t return.
