I always have an exceptional experience at the Huntersville location! I tried them over a year ago and really enjoy chatting with the cerologists. Tahina was especially thorough and really knows what she’s doing. She had a mini-ruler to do my eyebrows and really had a thorough, professional technique to making my eyebrows look so good! The facility is always very clean and inviting, as is the front desk staff too.

Kimberly was AMAZING!!! She was extremely friendly bubbly and down to earth she made me feel extremely comfortable and at home. She did not rush by any means she was not concerned about getting a seven minute Brazilian wax but more concerned and doing a great job getting every inch of hair that she could! She continuously asked me if I was OK with the wax temperature which I truly appreciated because I have been burned by wax before from other companies. We spent the time chitchatting about girl things she had me laughing the entire time let’s not forget to mention I barely felt any pain! This was very noticeable to me and I kept saying I can’t believe it doesn’t hurt! Kimberly is my new girl honey!!! At the end of my session she gave me time to look in the mirror and asked me if there was anything that she missed or any areas I would like her to go over! Which there wasn’t!!!! I was brought back for my treatment on time, and the facility was very clean (and smelled good, too). Mercedes took the time to ask me about my skin, the products I used, etc. and customized the facial to fit my needs. My skin is seriously glowing! I also got a great face/neck/shoulder/arm massage, which was an unexpected treat. The hour passed by much too fast. I will definitely be back. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve been pretty consistently pleased with the waxes I get at WTC Huntersville. I think I’ve seen every cerologist/esthetician there and all do a good job. Some go the extra step of tweezing the hair that breaks off at the skin surface, and I appreciate it so much! It’s frustrating to get waxed and then feel stubble just because my hair is stubborn. That’s a minor complaint.My only other suggestions are 1) I would like to not have to fill out the pre-wax form every time I visit if my skincare routine hasn’t changed (and I’m not using retinol or BHAs/AHAs on the skin I’m getting waxed anyway) , and 2) I’d love to hear peaceful “spa” music instead of “the latest hits” from Maroon 5 with commercials interspersed (because a Spotify subscription is too expensive?). Some go the extra step of tweezing the hair that breaks off at the skin surface, and I appreciate it so much! It’s frustrating to get waxed and then feel stubble just because my hair is stubborn.
