I cannot recommend Waxing the City, North Wales, highly enough. From the moment you walk through their doors: the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful; the place is so clean; and then for the waxing services…Alison is the BEST there is. She is so friendly and puts you at ease throughout your time there. She explains everything, so you’re left relaxed and informed, and indeed waxed before you even realize it! The best wax I’ve had. She made me feel very comfortable. I was expecting pain but she is very gentle. The facility was very clean and the staff was personable. This was my first time at this facility and it was a very pleasant experience. Molly was fantastic! She is super friendly and professional. She made me feel very comfortable. I was expecting pain but she is very gentle. The facility was very clean and the staff was personable. I would have purchased anything Molly recommended I already trust her opinion that much. She was extremely gentle and made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job! Last week I checked off an item on my bucket list. I finally got my first Wax! I was nervous at first. But everyone at the shop was so nice and welcoming, especially Jen, the manager. She was very helpful and even made sure that the after wax products I purchased were appropriate for me. The atmosphere at shop is pleasant, and very professional. I was extremely impressed with the amount of attention that they pay to cleanliness as well. My waxing was done by Renetta. She was extremely gentle and made me feel very comfortable.
