The Cerelogist Tiani was in a very bad mood and was really rude and ruff. Don’t who angered her before I came in, but she definitely took it out on me/body. She even left some of the waxing pads/papers still attached to my body. She didn’t even care when I showed her and told her about it. She said I could get them off myself and meet her out front. She just walked out and shut the door. I made sure to not book another appointment and I also canceled my daughter’s appointment which was booked without my consent. I only returned after the first because she did an amazing job, but this time, she brought out her true self.

I’ve been getting waxed by Chelsea for years! I literally don’t trust anyone else. She is efficient, fast and so personable. You can’t trust just anyone doing a Brazilian wax, but she is the BEST!!!!!! Highly recommended!!! Brazilian waxing, Bikini waxing, Eyebrow waxing, Strip waxing

I got a Brazilian wax done by Chelsea. She was very nice but didn’t take her time. I told her that I do have hair that may be too short from trying to wax my bikini line a few months ago (hair cycle issues). She somehow managed to leave a lot of hair on top and said that it’s bc of my hair cycle. I didn’t previously wax there tho so I don’t understand how this much hair can be left there especially since I paid $74 (with tip) for this service. I’ve gotten Brazilians before and this much hair has never been left (even with my hair cycle interfering). I even found some longer (thin but still) hairs on my lips. Not impressed. Tipped her well but def will not come back. Not worth the price.

Clean, fast, respectful of your appointment time and well priced. Results are also great! Esthetician was extremely nice, informative and thorough (Brazilian wax completed). Sabrina put me completely at ease and I’ve signed up for their recurring membership and absolutely will be back.
