My first experience at waxing was heee and it was truly a gem to find. When you first walk in you are Instantly greeted by a friendly face and I have yet to wait longer than a few minutes if not taken in immediately. I have working with Michelle. She is so knowledgeable and friendly and makes the entire experience extremely comfortable. She explained the process, post care, and how to prepare for future appointments and recommended products to use without being pushy. I have been back a few times now, always on my lunch break at work, and am always back to work with time to spare. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Omg!!!!! Let me start off by saying the waxes that I have gotten in the past has literally traumatized me! I contemplated even coming to my appointment that’s how bad they have been. I opened a membership here and about 4 months later i cancelled because i felt like i was wasting my money (i never went) so when i got there to cancel my membership i ran into Shida and thought i’d give her a chance due to the fact that she can relate to my skin more (african american) WHEN I TELL YALL SHE IS THE GREATEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME I WHOLEHEARTEDLY MEAN THAT!!! the pain was 2/10 IM NOT JOKING she made me feel so comfortable she talked to me the entire time to calm my nerves and i am just so happy and satisfied with my results y’all have no idea.
