My wax specialist was Enza. She is super talented. I don’t trust anyone with my brows except for my friend who owns shops in the city. Enza made me feel comfortable and the waxing didn’t hurt at all; for context I can’t take any type of pain, my skin is extremely sensitive. Afterwards I followed her instructions for aftercare and didn’t have any bumps or redness; I’m impressed. The front desk staff were very personable. The only complaint I have is that the fragrance in the waiting area is way too strong. I had a mask on and it was still strong, it gave my a headache. Other than that I’ll be back!

What an absolutely great first time experience! I got a deal on Groupon and had the Brazilian wax done. The person who performed the services was Victoria and she was amazing! Very kind and knowledgeable. She was careful and honestly the experience could not have gone better. I felt little pain and the conversation and positive atmosphere put me at ease.
