Today was my first time here and I just want to start off saying how grateful I am that they were so accommodating. I missed my morning appointment and they offered me a later time. Michaella did my waxing and she was awesome. During the service she made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. The hard wax that they used was quick and painless for me. I want to thank Tracy again for squeezing me in! Thank you for being so nice and welcoming. I will be back!

Wow! I got to say this place is truly legit. I have been getting Brazilian waxes for over 20 years and I must say have had pretty good luck finding waxers that are up to my standards. Unfortunately my last two visits to a very popular waxing center that I will not name, were less than stellar. Fast forward to today and I have found my new favorite waxing establishment. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel extremely comfortable, everyone was very low-key and helpful. My Cerologist Tya was extraordinary, such attention to detail, she took her time (unlike my previous place), was extremely thorough yet gentle with this older girls V. She was also easy to chat with and there was not one moment of awkwardness.
