Great experience! I had my underarms, lower legs and Brazilian done. Hallie was awesome, made me totally feel comfortable and was very professional. Less pain than I’ve experienced at other waxing places, though you’re still getting hair pulled out so there’s going to be some discomfort. Highly recommend.

I came in about a week ago for my first Brazilian wax. I have always been curious and after a series of life events in 2021 I decided to do it for my own self care needs. Sawaii was awesome! She was very professional and fast. For such a awkward situation I felt very relaxed as we were having usual girl talk. It really wasn’t as bad as I had thought. It was a great experience from check in to check out. Not to mention the aromas of sweet candy and beautiful neon colors! I will be returning for future service!

The service has been great everytime I’ve been here, however, I was disappointed with my recent experience. I had an appointment scheduled at 1:30 two days before my wedding. On my way I got stuck in a back up on 95. I decided to call and let them know I didn’t think I was going to make it in time. I left a voice-mail (rarely does anyone ever answer the phone) and told them my situation, but that I’d really like a call back to reschedule for later in the day or the next day, because again, it was two days before my wedding. No one called me back and instead I was charged for missing my appointment. Don’t think I’ll be returning. I understand the need to charge people who just don’t show up for appointments, but I did all I could to reach out and give notice and also reschedule due to an unforeseen and uncontrollable event.

The customer service is awesome, they have a nice environment, clean spaces , the esthetician (or waxers) have always been friendly and they make the waxing experience enjoyable with light and nice conversations! The technique they use is great! I just really enjoy this place especially after going to a few around the area that weren’t as great.
