I’ve seen a few negative reviews from people who haven’t had service done with her but we’re upset over not getting an answer when they call and I don’t think that’s fair. Especially during these times we need to be patient with each other. Norma was an amazing lady who was very knowledgeable and she totally understood it was my first time!! I have a low pain tolerance but she was so patient with me. Made me feel safe and kept the conversation flowing to help keep me distracted. I got my first brazilian sugar wax today and it was such a comfortable experience. Norma was an amazing lady who was very knowledgeable and she totally understood it was my first time!!
