Waxing Mania is my forever go to salon. Lucy is the absolute best. My former specialist is no longer with the company so I decided to go with Lucy. I couldn’t have made a better decision. She was thorough, gentle and made me feel completely comfortable. This was my 1st time getting Chocolate Brazilian waxing. It was definitely less painful. You cannot go wrong with this place or Lucy. True, prices have gone up. But everything is more expensive. This is not the service where I want to be a penny pincher!

I have been going to Waxing Mania for over two years now. I would describe it as decent and gets the job done. The ladies are constantly leaving and being hired so it can be hard to have a regular person you go to. The salon is also usually very booked so often times it can feel rushed and I’ve had some subpar waxes because of this. They recently increased their Brazilian wax to $50 (from $45 a few months back, and $37 a few months before that) which for the service they provide and how they provide it, I do feel it is a little high and the price increase was much too fast. Overall my experience was okay but I will be looking somewhere else now.

The environment was very professional and clean! I told the technician my concerns and she recommended the type of wax that would be best for me, and it was less expensive! Had a pleasant visit here. I had my legs sugar waxed. The receptionist was nice, and the aesthetician made me feel comfortable. Only problems I had was online their prices state that a full legs wax is $40, so that is what I expected to pay. Sugar waxing is double the cost, after a 20% tip, I paid a little over $100. My leg hair is already growing back fairly long and it’s only been a week and a half since my appointment. I was told sugaring lasts 6-8 weeks. I would still recommend this company, because it was clean and a friendly atmosphere.

Just ok. I scheduled an appointment for an eyebrow wax and henna color for brows. Very clean and staff was nice. I told the girl I was coming because I felt my brows were uneven(not from here) and wanted to do the henna to help fill in spots that were over waxed. Zero mapping or measuring was done before the wax which is how it is normally done but I guess I expected more from a place that specializes in waxing and especially since I expressed them being uneven. The only question about the color I was asked was how dramatic I wanted it. The “henna” was placed on my brows for maybe 5 minutes total so there is no way that it was actually henna since that would have needed to stay on longer. I left looking better however I did have to pluck a couple of stray hairs when I got home. I guess the girl decided to use a brow tint instead of henna but it would have been nice if this decision was made with me, not for me. Like I said I did leave looking better however I will not be back since I felt they did nothing I can’t get done at any other place that does brow waxing and I was looking for more than a place that can put wax on and rip it off. I was looking for a place that would expertly shape my brows and that isn’t this place.
