Before and during my visit Kelly was nice, knowledgeable and professional. After my visit was a different story. My body had a weird reaction from the waxing. Being it was my first time I wasnt sure if this was normal. So I waited a week or so to see if the skin discoloration and bumps would go away. Once they didnt, I tried reaching out to Kelly with my concerns and for some advice on what to do. I called a few times..No Answer, Left messages, No Response. I even stopped by the shop.. They said she wasn’t Availiable. So here we are a little over a month later still never heard back from Kelly and my skin is still discolored. I guess there is a First & Last time for everything!

I’ve been going to Kelly for my Brazilian wax for seven years. One time, I strayed when I was in a tight spot and it was a mistake. Nobody is as skilled in the Charlotte area. Kelly is very thorough. She takes her time to do the job right.
